Top Stocks YTD is a public market-data site. You can browse every page without an account, and we collect as little information as possible.

Your watchlist stays in your browser

The stocks you star for your watchlist are stored only in your browser’s local storage, on your own device. That list is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data deletes it.

Email subscriptions

Email addresses are collected only when you subscribe:

• The Weekly Movers newsletter signup form is provided by Buttondown, which collects and stores your email address as our email processor.

• If you subscribe to the watchlist movers email on the watchlist page, we store your email address and the tickers in your watchlist on our server so we can send you that weekly email; delivery is handled through Buttondown. Watchlist subscribers are not added to the general newsletter list.

Both subscriptions are double opt-in (nothing is subscribed until you click the confirmation link), and every email includes an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share email addresses.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies itself. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving those files, under Google’s own privacy policy.

Server logs

Like most websites, our server automatically keeps request logs (IP address, browser user agent, page requested, and time) for security and maintenance. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles.

Sale of personal data

We do not sell personal information.
